Advantages of warm perlite plasters
- Lightness loading on a construction is minimum. It is provided with application of perlite, which density is 75-90 kg/m3. Mixture is easier than traditional solutions in 4-8 times.
- High thermistor – thermistor of 20mm layer of plaster is equally to ½ of brick wall. That is why the thickness of walls diminishes and loadings on foundations decrease. There is no need for warming walls by mineral cotton wool or gypsum heat insulation.
- Economy – due to the decline of walls thickness the cost of building or repair goes down and increased useful area of buildings.
Using warm plasters
Such plasters are intended for smoothing (to 100mm for one approach) of all of ordinary types of walls, both internal and external. They are inflicted on a brick, pumice, porous concrete, porous brick, concrete, stone laying, plaster at repair of old houses, and at building of new ones. Such plasters are recommended to application in infill “cold bridges” which remain in the process of setting of window and door blocks. Such way it is possible to create sound and heat insulation surface, which will be ready for painting.
