Perlite insulation veneers Technical heat insulation

You can manufacture of perlite bricks or blocks of different sizes. To this effect, you will need to add to perlite Portland cement, gypsum, lime, clay, tar and other polymers.

Advantages of perlite-containing materials

-small weight. Traditional stone and wall items are rather heavy and require installing more expensive bearing structures. If using perlite items the traditional frame and the materials it is manufactured from are considerably lighter; costs associated with its installation are insignificant
-lower costs associated with loading of commodities and easiness of treatment
-heat-insulation and fire resistance
-in walls and partitions insulated with these items there are no rodents, cockroaches; the walls stave off rotting, resist fungi and moss

Heat-insulating perlite items of type Y and type ²² ÒU V.2.7-26.8-.13726224-002-2001:
Type I:
P Y - perlite magnesian slabs
             Z ² - perlite magnesian semicylinders
Type II: P²² – press-perlite items
Type ²²²:   perlite-bentonitic items.

Physical and mechanical properties of heat-insulating slabs

Water repellence5-10%

Areas in which such heat-insulating materials are used

  • fire- and heat insulation of building structures, equipment and piping surfaces subject to temperatures that range from – 800Ñ to + 6000 Ñ
  • country and garden lots: for heat-insulating of houses, garages, barns, saunas etc.
  • heat-insulation of building structures, industrial equipment and pipes
  • civil and industrial construction: as ecologically clean heat-insulating material manufactured for explosive and flammable industries
